SHIPPING OVERVIEW
At Mermaidry, every order is prepared with care and processed through our trusted fulfillment network to ensure reliable and efficient delivery worldwide.
We currently ship to most international destinations across Europe, North America, Oceania, and selected regions in Asia.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During periods of increased demand, holidays, promotional campaigns, or product launches, processing times may require additional handling time.
Once your package has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email including tracking details will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated shipping times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, courier conditions, and seasonal traffic.
Italy: 4–8 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
International: 7–18 business days

TRACKING INFORMATION
Most orders include tracking services. Tracking updates may require several days to appear after shipment confirmation depending on the courier network.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Mermaidry is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details submitted by the customer.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.
These charges remain the responsibility of the customer and are not included within product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated otherwise.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package experiences an unusual delay or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Mermaidry cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcels are transferred to third-party logistics providers.
